If I Have Message Credits Left Over at the End of the Month, Do They Carry-over to the Next Month?

Message credits included in our plans do not carry over. Our plans include a set number of credits with an overage cap. We like to call the cap a lock out limit. These limits are set to protect you from loosing potential sales on a good campaign with out becoming a financial burden by massive credit charges when going over your plan limit. At the end of each billing cycle (month) your plan credits are reset or rolled over, and we set out lock out limits around 2,000 so not being able to reach customers should not be an issue if you run over the credits in your account. If you run over or out of credits, all you need to do is go to our contact us page and in the lower left, under the address is a reload link.
